At SparkNest Consultants, we provide caring, individualized support for children, teens, adults, and families. Our services are designed to build meaningful skills, strengthen confidence, and support growth in everyday life. We work closely with each family to understand their unique needs and create practical, supportive plans that help children and youth succeed at home, at school, and in the community.
We support children and youth with a wide range of developmental, behavioural, and neurodevelopmental needs, including Autism, ADHD, cerebral palsy, Down syndrome, and developmental delays.

We proudly offer services in English and additional languages whenever possible. Please reach out to discuss your language preferences.

We provide in-home behaviour support tailored to each child’s unique strengths, needs, and goals. Our services focus on building communication, daily living, emotional regulation, and adaptive skills in the environment where children feel most comfortable. We work closely with families to create practical strategies that support growth in everyday life.
We support parents and caregivers with practical guidance, collaborative planning, and evidence-informed strategies that can be used at home and in daily routines. Parent coaching helps families better understand their child’s needs, build confidence in responding to challenges, and create supportive environments that encourage progress. Our goal is to empower caregivers with tools that feel realistic, meaningful, and easy to apply in everyday life.

We help children and youth strengthen social communication, peer interaction, emotional understanding, and relationship skills. Sessions may focus on turn-taking, conversation, play skills, perspective-taking, and navigating social situations with greater confidence. Support is individualized and designed to help children and youth participate more successfully at home, at school, and in the community.
Our virtual support services are designed to help teens and adults build the everyday skills needed for greater independence and confidence. We provide personalized support in areas such as communication, social skills, organization, time management, emotional regulation, problem-solving, and daily living routines. These services are designed to support success in school, work, community settings, and daily responsibilities.

Our Youth Skill-Building Mentorship Program provides personalized 1:1 support for teens who may need guidance with social, emotional, and daily life skills. This program is supervised by a Board Certified Behaviour Analyst (BCBA) and designed to help youth build confidence, independence, and practical skills for everyday life.
Through supportive mentorship, youth can work on skills such as navigating teenage years, handling peer pressure, developing healthy friendships, improving communication, building self-advocacy, managing emotions, and making safe and positive choices.
Each support plan is tailored to the youth’s needs, strengths, and goals. Sessions may focus on real-life situations at home, school, work, or in the community. Our goal is to help youth feel more prepared, confident, and capable as they move toward greater independence.

We offer consultation to help families better understand their child’s needs and identify helpful next steps for support. This may include reviewing concerns, discussing goals, preparing for services, and guiding families toward appropriate resources or assessment pathways. Our consultation process is collaborative, clear, and family-centered.
