I’m Gerry, Founder and Clinical Director of SparkNest Consultants. I hold a Bachelor of Arts in Applied Psychology and a Graduate Diploma in Psychosocial Rehabilitation with Distinction from Douglas College. Since 2020, I have supported children and families with behavioural, developmental, and daily living needs.
My work is guided by a psychosocial rehabilitation perspective. This means I focus on each child’s strengths, environment, relationships, and everyday routines. I believe meaningful support should help children build practical skills, confidence, independence, and participation at home, at school, and in the community.
I founded SparkNest Consultants to create a space where children and families can access compassionate, respectful, and personalized care. Every child has unique strengths and needs, and support should reflect who they are, what matters to them, and the goals of their family.
I am passionate about supporting autistic and neurodivergent children through evidence-informed and family-centered services. My goal is to help families feel heard, supported, and empowered at every step of their journey.
